I love this time of year! I love opening up our fridge and seeing the fruits (and veggies) of summer!! Right now in our fridge, we have strawberries soaking in their juices, cukes and onions in vinegar, Kool-aid (for some reason, we only make this in the summer- I guess because I cut back their milk when it gets hot). Also, we have put our ice-cream maker to use this weekend as well. Peeking in our fridge, you see a bit of orange sherbert and about a half gallon of vanilla ice cream...yummm!
