Good Saturday Morning to all

Good morning.....yes, again, some more catching up to do.....

We finished our week with Amber on the Mountain, and sadly, it didn't go over very well...they just weren't into that book...  Next week, Harold and the Purple Crayon, and I have a few other fun books and art activities to go along with it,so hopefully it will be a week of fun!  Rog will be back at his 2nd job next week also -- we have loved having him home, but it doesn't do much for routine and schedules!!!  Math is going good, Sam got into place values this week, started on tens....took us a while, but she will get the hang of it!! Ry is not there yet...he does bare minimum on daily work, she will ask to do more, or even just keep going on hers...they are so funny cuz they are sooo different!

Rog got the results back from his test, and they were not good, but oddly enough, his was one of 57 people who did not pass out of only 65 to take the test.....so, as of right now, we don't know if it was Rog, or if it was the computers.....I guess you know what we are hoping the prob is!!  He can go next week to review the test, to see if he really did miss those questions and if he feels he is in the right, he can appeal it on the 22nd.  I have been told that he will not be the only firefighter down there ~ I hope they have room at city hall for about 60 not so happy guys!!  Keep them all in your prayers, and I will keep you up on the results!

We have a busy weekend in front of us -- my niece's 8th birthday is Sunday, and her party is today, so we are headed over there in a bit to swim and play on the trampoline!  Today is my Gramma's birthday, so after church tomorrow, we are having her 80th b-day party, then it is business meeting at church tomorrow night.
