Each year the weekend before Thanksgiving, Riley's Boy Scout Troop has their Annual Survivor Camp-Out. They divide into two teams and go head to head against each other - Survivor Style! Fire building competition, compass course, ropes course, knot tying race and skits! I'm sure there is more, I actually don't know what all they do!! I do know they have fun and this is one thing that the boys request to repeat each year!
One of the other neat things about this Camp-out - it is our Annual Troop Thanksgiving Dinner -they boys & leaders prepare a meal & we bring along sides and desserts. It is a great time of fellowship with all of the scout families!
