Historic AR ~ School Days

After being in Branson for a week, we came home and went straight into school mode - with a field trip!  A mom in our homeschool group planned a trip to School Days at Historic Arkansas Museum.  It was cold and drizzely out and most of the trip was outside, but it turned out to be pretty interesting!

We started off with a skit about the beginning of Arkansas, all the way up to current things going on in the state.   After that we split into groups and were taken to different areas of the museum - including their We Walk in Two Worlds exhibit and several actors showing us washing, schooling, toys from long ago and blacksmith work.
