Saturday was a nice day. The kiddos were spread out at their various gramma's houses and Rog had some things to do, so I was left alone in a nice quiet house. After the past two weeks being absolutely crazy, I curled up on the couch with my planner, a pencil with a good eraser and my teacher's manuals. I spent the day working on getting the rest of the year planned out. We went to Rog's parents for dinner ~ home made chicken pot pie!! A couple of friends came over for games and that was how we wrapped up our Saturday!
Sunday morning we all went to church...Rog, the kiddos and I, along with my parents and his mom. Great service this morning on Love and the vows you make. Rog had a friend over this afternoon to work on some EMT/FF stuff ~ D is going to Fire Academy and working on his EMT certification right now. Dinner was at mom and dad's ~ Rog and the kiddos went on over there while mom, dad and I went to our once a month Sunday Special at church ~ young kid trying to raise money to go to the Philliphines this summer as a missionary. He told his story and sang a few songs for us. Everyone was to tired/sick for games tonight, so we came home. About to turn on Undercover Boss, then get to bed!
I'm impressed with your planning. The whole year! That eraser would be gone if I tried that. :)
