Just like the rest of the world, we participated in the celebration of Dr. Suess' 102nd birthday. We had a really cool day. We started out the morning with Green Eggs and Ham - both reading it and eating it!! The kiddos loved that!! We then read The Foot Book, and made our footprints with paint. One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish....we made a Venn Diagram with the red and blue fish. We finished up our morning with the Cat in the Hat and some word activities to go along with that.
We ended up at the library for a Suessical Story time -- at which my hubby learned he liked the book Fox in Socks, and now loves reading it to the kiddos at bed time!!
