4H at Rice Depot

For our 4H meeting this month, we met at Rice Depot.  We held the formal part of the meeting there in the warehouse floor, then listened to Mr. Joe explain a little about Rice Depot.

After he told us the reason for Rice Depot, he gave us a job.  They had gotten over 800 boxes of assorted items that needed to be sorted so they could place it in appropriate boxes for their different missions.  The kiddos worked really hard and got 4 pallets of the boxes unloaded.  Not sure how many boxes that was, but  it was a good chunk!  They were pretty proud of themselves!
