Still trying to play catch up with this.
ARK's ~ Acts of Random Kindness ~ I really have nothing to add, except this is something that I would like to 'learn' to do. I also need to learn to ask Rog every night/morning -what does he need me to do for him. Kris aslo talks about starting this with her kids - asking them if there is something that will help them get thru the day...maybe by doing this, I could teach my kiddos to offer up some ARK's as they get older.
